Shipping & Return Policy
In most cases, orders with confirmed payment are shipped the next business day.
However, during festive seasons, in cases of temporary stockout or at times of high order flow, it can take up to 48 hours to prepare your order for dispatch.
If, by any chance, we exceed this period, we will contact you.
The transport time varies according to the address or country of destination:
Portugal (Continente) and Spain: 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.
Zona 1 – Madeira: 2 business days after dispatch; except zip codes 9225/9270 /9360/9370: 3 business days after dispatch
Zona 2 – S. Miguel: 2 business days after dispatch; except zip codes 9630/9675: 3 business days after dispatch
Zona 3 – Terceira: 2 business days after dispatch; Faial: 3 business days after dispatch
Zona 4 – Santa Maria: 4 business days after dispatch; Corvo: 5 business days after dispatch; Pico: 4 business days after dispatch; S. Jorge: 5 business days after dispatch; Graciosa: 5 business days after dispatch; Flores: 5 business days after dispatch; Porto Santo: business days after dispatch
France and Monaco: 2-4 business days after dispatch
Germany, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Corsica and Italy: 3-5 business days after dispatch
Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Denmark, Hungary, Slovakia, Ukraine, Switzerland, Ireland, Sweden and Romania: 4-6 working days after dispatch
Lithuania, Latvia, Finland, Bulgaria and Norway: 5 to 7 working days after dispatch
Croatia and Iceland: 6 to 8 working days after dispatch
Greece: 8-10 working days after dispatch
Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina: 10 to 12 business days after dispatch
Your order will be delivered to the address indicated in the appropriate field of the purchase process. When choosing your preferred address to receive your order, please note that our carrier makes deliveries from Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 6 pm.

As soon as the order is shipped, an email will be sent with a number so you can track the status of the shipment on our carrier’s website.
You can also track the status of your order in your customer account, in the “Orders” section.
Shipping costs are free to Portugal and have a fixed value of €7,90 (excluding VAT) for international shippings. International shipping is free for purchases over €200.
Exchanges or returns must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.
To make an exchange or return you must log in to your customer account and in the “Orders” section select the order you want to exchange or return and follow the steps indicated.
Exchanges and returns are free. The collection of the items will be made by our carrier at an address of your choice. It is not possible to schedule a fixed time so, on the date indicated, someone must be present at the collection point between 9 am and 6 pm. You can also choose to have your order delivered to one of our carrier’s Pickup network stores.
